Family Resources

APD supports individuals with unique abilities and their families in living, learning and working within their communities by creating multiple pathways to possibilities. APD identifies the service needs of people with developmental disabilities, and those individuals may receive social, medical, behavioral, residential, and/or therapeutic services.

FAU CARD provides expert consulting, training, and support, at no charge, for all people with autism and related disabilities, their families, employers, the professionals, and community and governmental agencies serving them.

The Hope Center for Autism, is dedicated to creating opportunities for individuals impacted by Autism Spectrum Disorder along the Treasure Coast. Their purpose is to offer essential support and services to children with autism, empowering them to realize their utmost potential.

Socially Synced, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization founded to support and connect with neurodiverse children and their families. Our mission is to promote positive life experiences by providing educational opportunities and social engagements within the community. We believe in inclusion, empowerment, and equitable access to meaningful resources. 

Our vision is to help each person, no matter what challenges he she faces, to achieve success and thereby enrich not only his or her own life, but also the community in which we live, work and raise our families.
